Taiwanese Temple Parade...
Matt: Coming across a colourful, noisy and boisterous Taiwanese temple parade in my Qianzhen neighbourhood in downtown Kaohsiung where the wild zhentou troupes in their fabulous attire, at each halt, detonated strings of firecrackers, burned joss paper and launched fireworks into the sky thus bringing good fortune to the community.

Nothing is more real than the masks we make to show each other who we are.”

From Taiwan, with Love!
